Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader located in Assiut Branch. The Sales Team Leader will oversee and manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, mentor team members, ensure target achievement, and foster strong customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales data, providing feedback to team members, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret sales data
- Team Management and leadership abilities
- Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain positive customer relations
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Assiut.
