Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in New Cairo. The Social Media Marketing
Specialist will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, developing digital marketing strategies, and analyzing performance metrics. Additional tasks include managing online interactions and ensuring consistent, brand-aligned communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Produce engaging content (photo/video/text) that reflects the brand identity of Elite Hospitality and resonates with audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, report regularly, and propose ongoing
- improvements.
- Interact with followers, manage online communities, respond to comments/messages effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations teams, and occasionally external partners (photographers, production companies).
- Stay updated on digital trends and platforms, propose new tools or creative concepts.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation
- Strong Marketing and Communication skills
- Experience with analyzing and interpreting social media data
- Creativity and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus
