الملخص الوظيفي

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties such as greeting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries. The Hotel Receptionist will also maintain excellent communication with guests and colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Reservations
Strong Phone Etiquette skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
