Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Property Consultant will be
responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating property deals, providing market analysis, and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, brokerage, and real estate counseling
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market analysis and present property listings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using the latest marketing and sales techniques
- Ability to work on-site and manage client relationships effectively
- Understanding of finance and mortgage banking is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
