We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Kerala & Tamil Nadu.North India. As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. Your primary focus will be on understanding the needs of our hiring managers and aligning them with the right candidates. You will utilize various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools to identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
2. Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications to ensure a good fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
5. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
7. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our hiring processes.
9. Assist in developing job descriptions and posting them on various platforms to attract the right talent.
10. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote our company and attract potential candidates.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
5. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
7. Proficient in using social media and professional networks for sourcing candidates.
8. Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and recruitment effectiveness.
9. Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
