Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and interior finishing sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, designers, and clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams to align business opportunities with company capabilities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within construction, contracting, or interior finishing.
• Strong network of contacts in the construction and design industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
