As a Customer Support

Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support via phone, email, or chat.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in French and English is a must (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis (24/7), including weekends and holidays
• Must be based in or willing to commute to El Maadi Tech Park
