About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of the company, providing outstanding support to international customers across phone, email, and chat channels. You’ll handle inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their questions or issues.
- Deliver excellent service by resolving problems efficiently and maintaining a friendly, professional tone.
- Update and manage customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and adaptability in fast-paced situations.
- Availability for rotational shifts if required by the client.
