This position offers you the opportunity to orchestrate the successful launch of innovative, technology-driven schools through authentic community connections rather than traditional marketing. Your mission will be to cultivate relationships with influential local entities (such as elite preschools, premier activity centers, and parent community leaders), develop location-specific initiatives, and channel qualified prospects directly to our enrollment specialists.
Unlike conventional outreach positions, this role operates in a fully remote, technology-enhanced environment. You'll leverage AI to enhance your productivity, strategically target your outreach efforts, and create automated follow-up systems—allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters: cultivating strategic alliances and implementing scalable, partner-driven engagement. You'll take ownership of new market lead generation and clearly understand how your efforts translate into enrollment success.

What You Will Be Doing
- Establishing and nurturing strategic alliances with local organizations that have influence over Alpha's target demographic.
- Providing partners with compelling content, resources, and campaign assistance to execute aligned, high-impact local initiatives.
- Processing and qualifying partner-generated prospects, recording relevant information in the CRM, and seamlessly transferring them to the admissions department.
- Implementing AI solutions to optimize outreach, automate follow-up communications, monitor partner engagement, and maintain precise CRM documentation.
- Enhancing internal standard operating procedures, strategy documents, and frequently asked questions to incorporate the latest field insights.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Participating in theoretical planning sessions—this position demands practical, hands-on implementation.
- Conducting on-site visits or in-person work—all partner coordination and activation is handled remotely.
- Overseeing ongoing family relationships or enrollment processes—these responsibilities belong to the admissions team.
- Depending on marketing initiatives—you'll be directly responsible for generating local interest and demand.
Community Partnerships Lead Key Responsibilities
Generate initial awareness and qualified prospect acquisition for new Alpha locations through remote, partner-orchestrated community outreach strategies.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in community partnerships, grassroots campaigns, or local relationship development roles.
- Proven ability to independently manage a complete pipeline from initial contact through follow-up to successful conversion.
- Demonstrated success working with discerning audiences (such as high-net-worth families or executive decision-makers).
- Skilled use of CRM platforms (like HubSpot) and aptitude for implementing AI to enhance workflow productivity.
- Willingness to adjust schedule for partner events or project deadlines (occasional evenings/weekends required).
- Must reside in the United States or Canada with authorization to work without requiring sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
