Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for
a Senior HR Recruitment Specialist based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Senior HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and ensuring effective communication with candidates. The role also includes recruiting suitable candidates, training new hires, and collaborating with team members to develop and implement recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting suitable candidates from 3-5 years
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Training new hires
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the finance or technology industry is a plus
