Engineer / Data Scientist
We’re seeking an AI / NLP Engineer with a strong background in training and refining Large Language Models (LLMs).
You’ll play a key role in shaping next-generation NLP systems that power intelligent ad matching and brand safety solutions. This role offers autonomy, technical leadership, and the chance to work on high-volume, real-time AI products that handle thousands of queries per second.
🧩 What You’ll Do
Work within an Agile team to deliver high-quality, production-ready features
Take technical ownership of projects from definition to delivery
Design robust, scalable, and low-latency solutions for real-time systems
Lead R&D in NLP, Machine Learning, and AI to push the boundaries of contextual advertising
Deploy solutions to cloud infrastructure replicated globally
Maintain strict SLAs for response times and throughput
Advocate for best practices – TDD, CI/CD, automation, and code quality
Collaborate, mentor, and continuously improve yourself and the team

Essential:
Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
Hands-on experience in NLP, ML, or AI (commercial or academic)
Proven ability in training/refining LLMs
Strong engineering background in Python, Java, Groovy, AWS, MySQL, Linux/Unix, Git, TDD
Solid understanding of software quality, CI/CD, and problem-solving
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desirable:
PhD in Natural Language Processing
Experience with NLP frameworks and advanced AI models
