UAT Manager

Position Summary:

Job purpose:

Manage the UAT functionality testing for all company products and bank processing products (services).

Key accountabilities :

· Plan the UAT testing plan, methodology, and activities in alignment with the business objectives.

· Ensure that the team are following the testing standards and guidelines.

· Manage the full UAT testing process and monitor and control issues and risks.

· Manage the defect management process through identification, fixing, and re-testing.

· Review the product PRD and understand the product specifications.

· Understand the product from development and implementation perspective in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.

· Manage the creation of test cases and submitting bugs to the development and implementation teams for fixing.

· Ensure UAT has been executed according to the quality standards and within the SLAs.

· Recommend and signoff the go to production.

· Recommend system automation opportunities.

· Conduct UAT demos with customers, report feedback, and apply fixes as needed.

· Ensure the creation of a knowledge base for testing activities, best practices, and learnings.

· Create and present reports on the UAT testing workflows and updates and apply enhancements where needed.

· Manage the full cycle of the team performance, provide coaching and support, and ensure that the team is following the highest performance standards

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering OR proven experience in a similar position

· 10+ years of experience in similar positions including at least 5 years managing a team

· ISTQB certificate is preferred

· Payment services background is a must
