Senior Business Analyst

Position Summary:

Job purpose:

Gather, analyze, and manage the business requirements throughout the software lifecycle and work with the technical team on interpreting the requirements into the desired deliverables.

Key accountabilities :

· Analyze, validate, and manage the business requirements throughout the project life cycle.

· Understand the business requirements provided by customers and internal stakeholders (PO

, functional consultant, … etc) and interpret them into deliverables (code, installation of a system, deployment. … etc).

· Recommend and assess different solutions according to the business need in coordination with the technical team

· Document the business requirements and changes of scope across the project stages.

· Identify and propose potential process improvements (when applicable).

· Conduct ongoing checks on the project workflow to ensure meeting the initial and updated requirements and provide a final sign off before delivery.

· Manage the communication between business stakeholders and the technical

team, remove roadblocks and facilitate the day to day operations until delivery.

· Provide analysis and reports on the progress, status, and challenges in every project and work with the internal teams on enhancing and improving as needed.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science

· 5 years of experience in a business analysis role and/or software development

· Understanding of business models and processes is a must.

· Basic understanding of databases and relation modelling is a plus

· Basic knowledge of different technologies is a plus

· Financial services background is preferred
