Who are we looking for?
•We are seeking a Senior Business Development manager with 8-15 years of experience to drive the growth of Yomn.
•You should have a strong BD/marketing background – ideally you should have experience in expanding consulting (B2B or B2G) businesses.
•You should be comfortable identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing proposals/tenders, managing our online/digital channels and activities and building strong client relationships.
•Your goal will be to do generate leads and ultimately generates new sales (i.e. projects) –You should love working in a startup environment where things change very fast and you have a direct impact in the success of the business.
What you’ll do
- Explore new tender & lead channels (55%) beyond Etimad (social, industry events, digital campaigns, strategic partnerships).
- Identify opportunities on Etimad (15%) and qualify aligned bids.
- Own proposals/RFPs & improve the process (30%): build tailored, high-quality submissions; enhance tools, templates, and workflows.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8-15 years of work experience in business development, marketing or sales
- 2+ years leading consulting proposals/RFPs and experience with online tendering platforms like Etimad
- Experience in a consultancy
- Experience of the Saudi Arabian market (strong plus)
- Startup experience (strong plus)
- Based in Cairo, Egypt
- Willing to travel to KSA when needed
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
