Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive located in Giza. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying new leads, conducting market research, generating leads through various channels, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. The role involves performing sales activities, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to engage with potential clients and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads using LinkedIn and professional prospecting tools.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospects.
• Support the business development team in client acquisition.
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of proven experience in lead generation or business development.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms.
• Previous experience in outsourcing, HR services, or BPO is an advantage.
- Experience in identifying New Leads and Lead Generation
- Strong Market Research skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to perform Sales activities effectively
- Proficiency in developing engagement strategies with potential clients
- Prior experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus
