Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator - Secretary based in New Cairo. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing customer service, handling phone calls
with proper etiquette, and operating office equipment. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining office organization, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Office Equipment skills
Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in office coordination or a related field is beneficial
