Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Bancassurance Specialist. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through banking channels, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with bank staff, providing training and support, conducting regular customer visits, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and offering tailored insurance solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and insurance products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of bancassurance practices and compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
