Role Description
We are lseeking a Quality Control Specialist / Engineer to join our team.
The selected candidate will ensure that all production processes and finished products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements through systematic inspections, sampling, and process monitoring.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor production lines to ensure compliance with company and regulatory quality standards.
- Conduct sampling and laboratory testing for raw
- materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
- Verify sanitation, hygiene, and food safety practices across all processing stages.
- Document and report non-conformities, lead root-cause analyses, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation in line with HACCP and ISO 22000 systems.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety / Chemistry & Microbiology / Chemistry / Microbiology
- 2–3 years of experience in food quality or safety
- Certifications in HACCP, GMP, ISO22000 (minimum requirement)
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
- Experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher).
- Experience implementing proces
