The Business Development Executive will drive growth in the textile enzyme segment by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting sustainable, enzyme-based solutions for textile processing. This role combines technical understanding with strategic sales acumen to expand market share and support eco-friendly innovation in textile manufacturing.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients including mills, brands, and chemical distributors.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer needs.
Promote enzyme-based solutions for desizing, scouring, bleaching, and bio-polishing.
Develop territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in textile processing, dyeing, and finishing sectors.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business development or technical sales within the textile chemicals or enzyme industry.
Strong understanding of textile wet processing and enzyme applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
