We are looking for an experienced visa consultant who will guide our customers through the complex visa application process by providing expert advice, assisting with documentation, and liaising with visa and government agencies.
Key responsibilities include advising the process steps and required documents, reviewing and verifying applications, ensuring compliance with current visa regulations, monitor visa applications, and communicating with customer and visa agencies to resolve issues.
Core responsibilities
- Customer consultation: Advise customers on visa process and requirements, and provide strategic guidance for their applications.
- Documentation management: Collect, review, and verify all necessary documents and forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor applications processing: Monitor the preparation and submission of applications to the relevant consulates and government authorities on behalf of the customers.
- Regulatory compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing visa and regulations to ensure all applications meet legal standards.
- Communication and support: Handle customers inquiries, provide status updates, and prepare customers for interviews or other related processes.
- Stakeholder coordination: Liaise with customers, agencies, consulates, and other stakeholders to facilitate and expedite the application process.
