Our operations include both product sales and service-based billing, with active inventory and fulfillment management.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Accounting Manager / Controller to lead core accounting functions and help the CFO scale the accounting and analytics capabilities of the business. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting operations and thrives in a
dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Perform cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes (QuickBooks required)
- Support inventory tracking, cost accounting, and fulfillment reporting
- Assist with billing for services and product-related revenue streams
- Help implement internal controls and process improvements
- Collaborate closely with the CFO on financial analysis, forecasting, and departmental growth
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and cash management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- CPA, CMA, or other accounting certification
- Experience with direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, or inventory-based businesses
- Prior work with U.S. based companies
