Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Payroll Specialist at Intelcia located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as monthly transactions and payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of payroll experience
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables reporting)
• Familiar with payroll/HRIS systems
• Knowledge of labor & Taxes regulations
• Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and time management skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines

Given the complexity of payroll data and the volume of monthly transactions, advanced Excel skills are essential, as Excel remains a core tool in our day-to-day payroll operations.
