IGT Solutions is growing! We are actively seeking a French-speaking Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Maadi (Cairo, Egypt) to support a mass hiring project for one of our leading BPO accounts.
Location: On-site – Maadi, Cairo
Employment Type: Full-time
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for French-speaking roles
- Handle high-volume recruitment with tight deadlines
- Proactively source and screen candidates through multiple channels
- Collaborate closely with operations and HR for smooth onboarding
- Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a top-tier
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- 1–3+ years of recruitment experience (BPO experience preferred)
- Solid background in volume/mass hiring
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS/recruitment tools is a plus
