Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Administrator located in Egypt. The Front Office Administrator will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, handling phone calls, managing appointment scheduling, and performing receptionist duties. The role also involves ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations and providing excellent customer service.


Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as managing visitor logs and handling inquiries
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant office software
  • Previous experience in front office or administrative roles is a plus
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
