• ERP Systems & Financial Technology Analyst

This role supports and optimizes financial ERP systems, ensuring data integrity, process automation, and cross-functional coordination. While currently focused on Oracle ERP, the role is designed to evolve with the company’s future transition to SAP, making ERP adaptability and cross-platform knowledge essential.

• ERP System Support (Oracle & SAP-readiness)
  • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle ERP users across finance functions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or Oracle support for resolution.
  • Ensure system configurations align with financial processes and reporting needs.
  • Prepare for SAP migration by documenting current processes and identifying gaps.
• System Optimization & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve system efficiency.
  • Implement enhancements and updates to Oracle modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Payroll, Cash Management).
  • Contribute to SAP implementation planning and testing.
• Financial Data Integrity
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across all ERP modules.
  • Monitor data flows between sub-ledgers and the general ledger.
  • Perform regular reconciliations and validations to detect anomalies.
• Process Documentation & Training
  • Document ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Train finance staff on Oracle functionalities and best practices.
  • Support onboarding of new users and roles within the system.
  • Assist in SAP training and change management initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and external consultants.
  • Participate in ERP-related projects, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements within the ERP environment.
