Employment type: Full-time only (no freelancers/part-timers)
Start: Immediate (interviewing on saturday Nov 8)
What you’ll do
• Build and manage a pipeline (prospecting → meetings → proposals → close).
• Diagnose client L&D needs and tailor ETD training solutions.
• Co-create agendas/pricing with our trainers; manage proposals and follow-ups.
• Keep accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and weekly reports.
• Meet revenue and activity KPIs while delivering a great client experience.
Must-haves
• Training/L&D background (non-negotiable)
• 2+ years in training/L&D BD or sales in Training or Education (only)
• Good English (spoken & written)
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Nice to have: B2B proposals/RFPs, CRM use, strong presentations.
