Role Description
Promote and communicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing
cost-benefit analysis
Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products
Present product information and deliver benefits to end user.
Reach out to doctors and other medical professionals through both offline and online means and develop constructive relationships.
Build a strong network with a range of professionals including but not limited to doctors, pharmacists, and all other stakeholder e.g., purchasing managers.
Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
Keep detailed records of all contacts
Manage round tables and group meetings for doctors
Follow up the progress
of Rx and sales at the relevant pharmacies.
Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
Job Requirements:
Graduate (Pharmacy, Science, Vet.).
1-7 years of experience as a medical sales representative.
Familiarity with vitamins and food supplements
Territory management skills
Knowledge of MS Office.
