Responsibilities
- Guide students through the process of selecting suitable universities and study destinations in Europe.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about academic programs, entry requirements, and application procedures.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person or online) to assess students’ goals and recommend suitable study options.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress throughout the application process.
- Attend educational fairs and university events to represent Study Gate Group and register interested students.
- Follow up with potential students to ensure smooth communication and conversion from inquiry to enrollment.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to align on lead management and promotional activities.
- Stay informed about international education trends, visa regulations, and university updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in student counseling, study abroad services, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- A friendly, positive attitude and genuine passion for helping students succeed academically and personally.
