ob Description:

Develop and implement continuous improvement on the organization's overall manufacturing processes and policies.

Collaborate with stakeholders on monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing plant performance through dashboards.

Generate new ideas for process improvement initiatives and provide management with insights and solutions.

Collaborate with the HR and top management in developing a high-performance culture.

Monitor objectives related achievements across operations.

Educate and coach leaders and team members on various operational excellence tools like (but not limited to) 5S, RCA’s OPLs, TPM, etc.

Job Requirements :

Provide industry best practices and promote a lean and agility mindset.

2+ years of relevant experience in the process industry

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Ability to work independently and with others

Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong presentation skills

Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
