Job Description:

• Maintain schedules and keep project resources on track and provide regular project updates to project directors.
• Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
• Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule, advise, and participate in project management in implementing the project’s goals.
• Prepare work program, cash flow, and workforce histogram for projects.
• Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identifies areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
• Maintain and record updates of site work progress obtained from the Project Manager.
• Prepare reports such as weekly, interim, Monthly, etc. reflecting work progress summary.
• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress, make a comparison between plan and actual progress, and study the impact of alternative approaches to work.
• Record and update all changes that might be issued during all project lifetime and report it immediately to project management.
• Make estimations for time scales and costs.
• Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty.

Educational background and previous experience:

• Engineering (Civil/Architect/Electromechanical)
• Experience: a minimum of 8 years’ experience, with 3-4 years of planning experience with the main activities focused
