Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads interested in home loans, refinancing, or property investments.
- Explain our financing products clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads, identify client needs, and match them with appropriate financing solutions.
- Book appointments for senior finance advisors or close deals when applicable.
- Follow up on leads via phone, email, and SMS.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
