Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Serve as the daily focal point for assigned key clients, ensure their needs are met professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in developing account plans and executing sales strategies to meet
- revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service issues.
- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to clients regarding shipments, delays, or issues.
- Help resolve any customer service issues promptly and escalate complex problems as
- needed.
- Assist in preparing client reports, sales forecasts, and performance summaries.
- Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, and market trends relevant to client industries.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electricity or related field.
- From 2 – 4 years of experience in relevant field.
