Role Summary:
- We’re hiring a Business Developer to expand our client network, close new B2B contracts, and drive revenue growth across commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential corporate and developer clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Coordinate with operations to create tailored service offers.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in business development (preferably FM, construction, or real estate).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong command of English & Arabic.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven.
