Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kuwait City. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training sessions, and contributing to overall sales management initiatives. This role involves ensuring alignment with marketing goals and enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication
and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and provide solutions
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management practices to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Ability to conduct and deliver Sales Training sessions to enhance team performance
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Must have a car
