We’re looking for an experienced Operations Director with 20+ years in the automotive industry or engineering/manufacturing environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing

• Strong English communication skills

• Solid computer skills (ERP systems, MS Office, production software)

• Proven leadership in factory operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and lead large teams

• Excellent planning, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Production

• Maintenance

• Quality (general oversight)

• Projects & Technical Development

• Health & Safety

• Engineering Support Teams

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production flow

• Oversee maintenance strategies, preventive programs, and machine performance

• Ensure products meet the company’s quality expectations

• Manage technical projects, upgrades, expansions, and new installations

• Improve processes, productivity, and efficiency across all departments

• Build, guide, and develop strong operational teams

• Monitor KPIs and ensure operational targets are met

• Align factory performance with the company’s strategic goals
