Role Description — Quality Control Engineer (Full-Time, On-Site, Cairo)
MEC is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Engineer to ensure all products and installations meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and compliance. This on-site role involves conducting detailed inspections, analyzing quality data, implementing quality assurance procedures, and ensuring alignment with industry regulations and company protocols.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, develop improvement strategies, and ensure all quality tests
and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong technical office background
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car for site commuting
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) principles, processes, and methodologies
- Proven analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Quality Management tools and practices, particularly in installation environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and coordinating across teams
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards
- Experience in industrial sectors is considered an advantage
