Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and selling our products
, contacting potential clients to obtain information and schedule appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role also involves meeting sales targets, attending training sessions, and providing feedback to enhance sales processes and performance.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience is required
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Proven Sales experience and ability to meet targets
- Effective Training and continuous learning skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
