Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this on-site role, the Salesperson will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop and maintain customer relationships, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build trust
- Knowledge of financial services, insurance products, and market trends
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Prior experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred
