Linux-Plus Information Systems is looking for an experienced Presales Engineer to support our sales cycle, design innovative IT solutions, and work closely with top enterprise vendors

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business, and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities and assist in expediting sales cycle.
• Solution Design & Demonstrations: Create customized solutions for clients based on their unique requirements, Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POC), and technical presentations.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert knowledge of Red Hat, Oracle, VMware, and Nutanix technologies.
• Proposal Creation: Collaborate with sales teams to create RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and respond to client inquiries with accurate technical information.
• Client Relationships: Build

• strong relationships with clients and prospects, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical matters during the pre-sales process.
• Product Training: Educate prospective clients on the company’s products, their functionality, and their value in improving network security, scalability, and performance.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the Internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and solution alignment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Presales, Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar roles.
• Experience in dealing with following Vendors: Red Hat, Oracle, VMware, and Nutanix
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, and security technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into business value.
