Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Chef located
in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Production Chef will oversee and coordinate food preparation processes, ensure consistency in food quality and presentation, and manage kitchen operations to uphold health and safety standards. Responsibilities include menu development, ingredient sourcing, maintaining inventory, and supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow. The role involves collaboration with other teams to align culinary operations with the company’s overall goals.
Qualifications
Strong culinary skills, including expertise in food preparation and presentation techniques
Experience in menu development and ingredient sourcing
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control principles
