Now Hiring: Medical Billing Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth and accurate claim processing and support the revenue cycle.

What You’ll Do

• Submit and monitor electronic and paper claims to insurance companies
• Investigate claim rejections and denials, documenting all activities
• Follow up on and review financial letters of guarantee
• Download, print, and organize financial and medical documents (invoices, etc.)
• Verify patient insurance information and eligibility
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1-year experience in Medical billing (physical therapy experience preferable)
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills
• Excellent time management—able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
