Job Description
- manage and maintain company hardware (servers, laptops, peripherals) and software (OS, productivity tools, security applications).
- Oversee, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and uptime.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, and access control systems.
- Provide Tier 1–3 support to internal teams, resolving technical issues efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Lead software updates, patch management, and system upgrades in coordination with vendors.
- Manage data backup, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
- Optimize
IT processes and recommend infrastructure improvements aligned with company growth.
- Collaborate with management to forecast IT budgets and technology needs.
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure SLA compliance.
- Ensure system compliance with industry standards and internal data policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT specialist (preferably in telecommunications or recruitment).
- Previous experience in telecommunications infrastructure or recruitment
technology systems (ATS, CRM tools, VoIP integrations).
- Proven proficiency in hardware configuration, software deployment, and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and virtualization tools.
- Familiarity with network switches, routers, firewalls (Cisco, *Sophos* , Fortinet, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data security and backup systems.
- Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA, ITIL) are a strong advantage.
