Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for Fresh Agents in the Resale department. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, building relationships with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated
on market trends. Additional duties involve property listings management and conducting property viewings to facilitate successful transactions.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Negotiation: Strong persuasion skills, an aptitude for negotiating deals, and a results-driven focus.
- Organizational Skills: Efficient time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Basic Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Trends: A keen interest in the real estate sector and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is an advantage
