Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical coordination across disciplines. The role requires strong knowledge of the Egyptian Code, proficiency in engineering software, and within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and technical specifications for projects.
Develop and review shop drawings and coordinate between different disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical).
Review design drawings and ensure compliance with technical standards and codes.
Create and update project schedules in coordination with the planning department.
Prepare and review interim and final payment certificates for contractors and clients.
Provide technical support to the site team and resolve execution-related issues.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and technical submittals.
Generate regular technical reports outlining work progress and any technical observations.
Ensure that site activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and codes.

Education:
BSc in Architecture.
Experience:
Experience in architectural design and technical office.
Knowledge:
Good knowledge of quantity surveying.
Good knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop).
