Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in the Near branch for you . The Branch Operations Manager will oversee and manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. Responsibilities include supervising staff, reviewing daily operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. The role also involves managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction while meeting financial and operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and supervise staff
- Operational oversight experience, with proficiency in process optimization and efficiency improvement
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer service excellence
- Understanding of branch financial operations and ability to meet operational objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and with customers
- Experience in managing compliance and adhering to relevant policies and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in an operations management role is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational software tools is an added advantage
- Over 5 years minimum experience in this field
