Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Data Analysis
Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights.
Use AI tools to process and interpret sales metrics, trends, and forecasts.
Provide regular reports to help the sales team make data-driven decisions.
2. Sales Incentive & Budget Planning
Collaborate with the sales team to design motivation and incentive plans.
Work with budget models to help optimize compensation structures.
Improve team performance and drive stronger sales results through well-designed programs.
3. AI Tool Operations
& Sales Automation
Use AI tools to analyze sales calls, generate summaries, and identify improvement areas.
Build or configure simple AI-based tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency.
Support the sales team in adopting and using AI tools effectively.
Requirement
0–3 years of work experience in in Ed-Tech industry / related sales operations or data analytics field.
Strong data intuition (good “data sense”) and analytical mindset.
AI-native — comfortable using AI tools daily for analysis, automation, or task optimization.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
