• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within water, MEP, or infrastructure sectors
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex engineering projects from inception to completion
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Experience in preparing technical documentation, reports, and cost estimates
