Role Description

The Bancassurance Specialist will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with bank representatives to promote and sell life Takaful products. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, conducting sales presentations, meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships and collaborate with bank representatives
• Knowledge of banking operations and life insurance products is an advantage
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide relevant solutions
• Professionalism, organization, and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or any related field
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English
