Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, corporate records, and governance frameworks.
• Manage compliance obligations including FATCA/CRS, AML/KYC, and related regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with regulators, external counsel, and financial institutions.
• Oversee and support asset transfers, buybacks, valuations, estate matters, and other key transactions.
• Handle sensitive family-related matters with discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism.
• Adopt a proactive, all-hands approach to problem-solving, coordination, and urgent legal tasks.

• Background in legal, compliance, corporate law, or private office environments
