We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Logistics Specialist to lead and manage our end-to-end logistics operations.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods across all channels—sea, air, and land.
The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, and deeply familiar with Egypt’s import/export regulations, ACID/Nafeza requirements, and CargoX procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all shipping activities (sea, air, and land).
- Handle full customs clearance process and ensure 100% compliance with required documentation.
- Negotiate effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, NTRA
- , and customs brokers.
- Plan, optimize, and monitor logistics costs, delivery schedules, and lead times.
- Track all shipments proactively to ensure on-time delivery.
- Supervise, guide, and support junior logistics team members.
- Create ACIDs on Nafeza and ensure accurate data entry.
- Upload all required shipping documents on CargoX.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- 4–6 years of solid hands-on experience in logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and Egyptian customs procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
